The Platform uses electronic methods, a network of service providers (each, an "NSP"), and Care Coordinators, to manage billings, prior authorizations, collection and transmission of data, program screening, scheduling of clinical reviews as well as to facilitate obtaining new and continuation of treatment plan(s) and related health services or other Products which are exclusive to individuals accepted for enrollment as members of a Program (each, a "Program Participant"). ACS247 LTD. does not itself provide any medical or pharmacy services or products. Payment for a Treatment Plan voucher does not guarantee you will be approved. The website’s content is not an offering open to the public and the Program is not an insurance plan. This site is an advertisement for services available exclusively to an NSP or Program Participants and not for any specific medication, diagnosis, or treatment plan. All services and Product orders for a Program Participant, including your first one, are governed by the latest version of our Terms and Conditions of Service.
